It is my belief that we are all writing our own stories as we live them. My goal is to provide support in helping people create a future where they feel fulfilled and better capable of handling the challenges life throws our way. Together, we can make space to grapple with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more from a psychodynamic approach.
As a sex educator with specialized training in LGBTQIA+ psychotherapy, I have a wealth of knowledge I bring to non-judgmental exploration of sexual issues.

Individual Therapy
Weekly 45-minute sessions process emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, trauma history, issues relating to sexuality, intrusive thoughts, oppression, and more. Above insurances are accepted, out-of-network fee is $150 per session, please schedule a consultation to discuss sliding scale.
Couples Counseling
Weekly 60-minute sessions to foster better communication and intimacy in a relationship. Welcoming of polyamory, non-monogamy, kink, or couples with curiosity to try something new. Above insurances are accepted, out-of-network fee is $200 per session.

About Me

I'm so glad you found me! I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Brooklyn, NY, and I earned my Masters at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I have a certificate in LGBTQ+ psychotherapy from the Psychotherapy Center for Gender and Sexuality. I also have a BFA in Theater from the Tisch School at NYU, and my background is in performing arts and sex education.
